面試技巧：如何讓英語(yǔ)自我介紹更吸引人？
你的英語(yǔ)自我介紹，面試官一定能聽懂嗎?不一定!
面試官的年齡構(gòu)成，大多在35歲以上。這些人中的大多數(shù)，英語(yǔ)水平都處于“外行看熱鬧”的狀態(tài)，好一點(diǎn)的能聽懂大概的意思，差一點(diǎn)的，就只能聽語(yǔ)音是否流利。所以各位，想要你的英語(yǔ)自我介紹吸引人，除了要注意語(yǔ)法之外，還必須在語(yǔ)言流暢性和可聽性上下功夫，最起碼，能忽悠住人。
非專業(yè)的英語(yǔ)面試，在準(zhǔn)備英文自我介紹時(shí)，并不需要求職者在語(yǔ)法、詞匯上太過講究。只要發(fā)音準(zhǔn)確、敘述流暢、面試官能聽得懂你說的意思，那么OK，基本上可以判定你的語(yǔ)言能力過關(guān)。剩下的，就靠個(gè)人臨場(chǎng)應(yīng)陣和發(fā)揮了。

不要在面試中過多炫耀語(yǔ)言技巧。用簡(jiǎn)單的句型，大眾化的詞匯描述，一切就足夠了。
要知道，你的面試官并不全是專業(yè)的英語(yǔ)學(xué)者，如果詞匯太深?yuàn)W，讓人難以理解，那么，聽不懂的后果往往是兩個(gè)極端。一種是面試官覺得你有大才;另一個(gè)就是面試官覺得你在故意賣弄，華而不實(shí)。

有人會(huì)問：既然面試官都是半吊子，那干嘛還要求應(yīng)聘者用英文自我介紹?其實(shí)，面試官之所以想聽你的英文自我介紹，并不是想深入了解你的語(yǔ)言功底，而只是想簡(jiǎn)單考察一下你的語(yǔ)言表述能力，相比于單詞的意思，他們更注重應(yīng)聘者口語(yǔ)發(fā)音和語(yǔ)言敘述的'流暢性。
中國(guó)式英語(yǔ)的弊端，早就很多會(huì)讀會(huì)寫卻不會(huì)說的“啞巴”。單位與學(xué)校不同，學(xué)校看的是成績(jī)，而單位看是能力。無論是英語(yǔ)老師，還是外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)員，還是翻譯，這些與英語(yǔ)有關(guān)的崗位，會(huì)說要比會(huì)寫有用的多。如果你最基本的交流都有困難，那面試官怎能相信你能勝任更艱巨的任務(wù)呢?
英文面試，口音是很要命的
自我介紹的時(shí)間一般為1~3分鐘。要準(zhǔn)備的東西不多，要敘述的內(nèi)容也不長(zhǎng)，因此建議各位，在面試準(zhǔn)備階段盡可能的多練習(xí)一下。還有，如果口音比較重的話，建議各位多看看英文電影、電視甚至是聽廣播磁帶。別的不說，最起碼在自我介紹時(shí)改過來。千萬別因?yàn)榭谝衾四愕暮笸?
