　　Fred: David, what's new with you? You are not in the mood. Can you tell me?

　　佛瑞德：大衛(wèi)，有什么新鮮事嗎?看你心情不是很好能跟我說說嗎?

　　David: After six months, my college life will come to the end. The following trouble will be the job-hunting. That's really a headache.

　　大衛(wèi)：再過六個月，我的大學(xué)生涯就要落下帷藉了。接下來的麻煩事就是找工作啊。這才是真正讓我頭疼的事。

　　Fred: Do not take things so seriously, my pal! Every one of us will face the trouble and job-hunting is inevitable. Take it easy! Believe in yourself and some day you will be successful.

　　佛瑞德：別把事情看得那么嚴(yán)重，哥們兒。我們每個人都將要面臨同一個問題，進(jìn)人職場是不可避免的。放輕松點。相信自己，總有一天你會成功的。

　　David: It sounds reasonable. Maybe I should look on the bright side.

　　大衛(wèi)：這聽起來很有道理�；蛟S我應(yīng)該看到好的一面。

　　Conversation 2

　　Janice: Oh, gosh! I feel everything around me is against me.

　　賈尼斯：噢，天哪!我感覺奇邊的一切都在跟我過不去。

　　Fred: Don't take it too hard. There are some tips you should know in job-hunting of 2010.

　　佛瑞德：別把事情想得太嚴(yán)重了。我這兒有幾條2011年求職的'訣竅。

　　Janice: Well, I am all ears. Maybe they are helpful.

　　賈尼斯：那好吧，我洗耳恭聽。或許真有點用處。

　　Fred: Firstly, you must always show your best to the interviewer. And secondly, try to avoid spamming through e-mails, because this will make the reader go crazy. The last but not the least, there is no substitute for pounding the pavement in such a digital age.

　　佛瑞德：首先，你必須把最好的自己展現(xiàn)給面試官。第二點，在投寄電子郵件時.避免投寄垃圾郵件，因為這樣會讓讀信人瘋掉的。最后一點也是最重要的一點則是在這樣的數(shù)字時代.依舊沒有什么可以取代街頭找工作。

　　Janice: I understand what you mean, and I will not upset myself. Face it.

　　賈尼斯：我明內(nèi)你的意思了，而且我也不會自尋麻煩。去面對吧。

　　Fred: Good luck to us.

　　佛瑞德：祝我們大家好運。
