外國(guó)人來(lái)華邀請(qǐng)函辦理流程:
1、各邀請(qǐng)單位需明確邀請(qǐng)外國(guó)人的法律責(zé)任，并詳細(xì)真實(shí)地準(zhǔn)備好全部材料，《外國(guó)人入境審批表》需公司法人本人簽名并蓋公章。
2、邀請(qǐng)單位持《外國(guó)人入境審批表》和相關(guān)文件到所在鎮(zhèn)(街)政府審批，一般是通過(guò)鎮(zhèn)(街)的外經(jīng)辦(局)報(bào)送該鎮(zhèn)(街)主管外經(jīng)的鎮(zhèn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)審批。如獲批準(zhǔn)，鎮(zhèn)(街)主管領(lǐng)導(dǎo)需在《外國(guó)人入境審批表》加具意見和簽名，并加蓋鎮(zhèn)政府公章。
3、經(jīng)過(guò)所在鎮(zhèn)(街)政府審批后，把上述全部材料提交至市外事局簽證科，市外事局簽證科會(huì)根據(jù)團(tuán)組的.具體實(shí)際情況按照省外辦要求進(jìn)行材料審核，填妥《邀請(qǐng)確認(rèn)函》，函請(qǐng)省外辦審發(fā)。
4、省外辦在收到報(bào)送材料后，在規(guī)定的工作日內(nèi)審發(fā)《邀請(qǐng)確認(rèn)函》，并將《邀請(qǐng)確認(rèn)函》寄回市外事局;
5.邀請(qǐng)單位通過(guò)我局網(wǎng)站公布的辦理結(jié)果，前往市外事局簽證科免費(fèi)領(lǐng)取《邀請(qǐng)確認(rèn)函》原件，并通過(guò)正確的方式轉(zhuǎn)交申請(qǐng)人，在其申辦簽證時(shí)使用。
