        主持商務(wù)會(huì)議時(shí)的口語(yǔ)句型

        宣布會(huì)議開(kāi)始:

        1.Let's call the meeting to order.

        2.Let's get things under way.

        3.Let's get things started.

        4.Shall we begin?

        Order 在此是指"會(huì)議的程序與規(guī)則";call 有"宣布"的含意,call (a meeting) to order 是開(kāi)會(huì)時(shí)的慣用語(yǔ),是"會(huì)議開(kāi)始"的意思。此句型適用于主席宣布討論要開(kāi)始時(shí),示意與會(huì)者安靜,遵守會(huì)場(chǎng)的秩序。這里"call"亦可以"bring"代替。這個(gè)句型適用于正式的場(chǎng)合中。

        如果與會(huì)者中有公司以外的人,可以這樣說(shuō):Well, ladies and gentlemen, I think we should begin.

        也可以采用半正式的說(shuō)法:Perhaps we'd better get started / down to business.
