        (1)目標明確的簡歷

        目標明確機會是所有HR所強調(diào)的重點,在一份簡歷上如果連求職目標都沒有,對方就不能根據(jù)你所求的來對號入座。簡歷寫的再好,沒有的求職目標都很難通過。編寫個人簡歷的核心就是求職目標,簡歷上不僅要有求職目標,其目標還必須要明確,這是確定應(yīng)聘職位需要注意的問題,不能用一些模糊的概念當做是求職目標。

        (2)清晰明了的簡歷

        既然所做的是個人簡歷,那么必然要求以“簡”為主,據(jù)了解所有的用人單位都不喜歡個人簡歷太過復雜。個人簡歷的制作要求是清晰明了,在簡潔的基礎(chǔ)上,讓對方能一眼就看清楚簡歷結(jié)構(gòu)、內(nèi)容、重點。清晰明了的簡歷要排版好,更要精煉。

        (3)用詞精準、邏輯性強的.簡歷

        用人單位所喜歡的是用詞精準、邏輯性強的個人簡歷,個人簡歷是用文字語言來描寫,應(yīng)當以書面語來寫,在用詞方面一要正確、二要準確,恰當好處的描寫可以讓簡歷更加精簡。在文字的描述上,個人簡歷還要注意的邏輯性,簡歷的邏輯性可提高可信度,沒有邏輯性則說明內(nèi)容有虛假成分。

        (4)不花哨的簡歷

        很多人編寫個人簡歷會糾結(jié),簡歷的模板要不要美化,是不是要通過美化類體現(xiàn)簡歷的個性呢?實際上一些大企業(yè)的HR都不喜歡美觀、花哨的個人簡歷,用人單位更看重的是人才的能力。
