　　B: I: What is your name, please?

　　請問，您叫什么名字？

　　A: My name is Zhanghang.

　　B:what is your strongest trait(s)？

　　A:Well, I approach things very enthusiastically, I think, and I don't like to leave things half-done.I'm very organized and extremely capable.

　　一、如何處理聽不清

　　如果有話語沒有聽清楚，求職者不必緊張，可以鎮(zhèn)定地請求再說一遍�？梢杂玫降木渥樱�

　　pardon？請再說一遍

　　Would you please simplify the question？您能把這個問題說得簡單些嗎？

　　Would you please say iti nother words？您能用別的話來表達您的意思嗎？

　　Would you please speak a little bit louder？I can not hear you clearly.您說話聲音能大一點好嗎？我聽不清楚。

　　二、提問

　　如果您提前知道了電話面試的時間，則可以在面試時把簡歷、coverletter放在您旁邊的桌子上，直接運用里面的句子回答問題。一些基本的問題，您可以事先準(zhǔn)備好答案。通常，在電話英語面試的時候會提道：

　　Please tell me something unreflected at your CV/about yourself/your experience/your activities.談?wù)勀�簡歷中沒有提及的一些事情/談?wù)勀�自�?您的經(jīng)歷/您參與的活動。

　　An example of team work.舉出一個您參與團體合作的例子。

　　Why do you choose this position？您為什么選擇這個職位。

　　開放式討論如Information Technology(信息技術(shù))或者the role of university in society(大學(xué)的社會角色)等，主要考查求職者的思維方式。

　　三、回答技巧

　　認(rèn)真的聽您被問到的問題。注意面試者的用詞，他(她)所說的大部分都是專業(yè)術(shù)語嗎？要讓您的答案顯示您對那些專業(yè)術(shù)語是如此的熟悉--但同時也要讓他(她)知道您可以跟普通人交流。
