　　新年剛過，大學應屆畢業(yè)生開始為求職而忙碌。記者調查發(fā)現，越來越多的大學生開始通過網絡進行求職，但效率相對低下，有人在某求職網站上投了100多份簡歷，但連個面試的機會都沒得到。

　　三成畢業(yè)生求職靠“網投”

　　據某招聘網2008年畢業(yè)生求職調查數據顯示，通過人才網站進行求職的學生占總數的33.6%，通過校園進行求職的占21.2%，通過報紙、雜志進行求職的占4.4%，通過社會招聘會進行求職的占16.4%……有關負責人表示，大學畢業(yè)生沒有工作經驗，所投簡歷與職位要求的專業(yè)不對口，此外投簡歷比較盲目，這些都是造成網投效率較低的原因。

　　金融危機加大網絡求職難度

　　“學校里的招聘會不多，我們只能寄希望網絡求職。從10月份到現在，我已經在求職網站上投了近千份簡歷，可是全都石沉大海。”一名大四女生說。天津師大的一位姓張的同學告訴記者，對于大學生來說，求職的主要渠道就是網絡招聘和校園招聘。“我的很多同學都在網上投過簡歷，但近一個月里，沒有一個同學接到過面試的電話。”

　　記者瀏覽了多家求職網站發(fā)現，近兩個月進行招聘的用人單位數量明顯減少，部分用人單位登出的招聘信息已在網上掛了一個多月。對此許多求職者發(fā)出疑問：“到底是招人還是做廣告?”記者咨詢了本市及全國性的幾家求職網站的負責人，他們也承認金融危機爆發(fā)后，招聘企業(yè)的數量確實有所減少。

　　與招聘單位數量越來越少的場面不同，求職網站的瀏覽量并未減少，求職者仍是堅持每天登錄、刷新。記者在幾所高校的BBS上發(fā)現，許多同學都在抱怨網絡上的求職難。“一家房地產公司的辦公室職員一崗，竟有2000多人投遞簡歷。”對此，網站負責人表示：“金融危機加大了網絡的求職難度，許多招聘單位公布的郵箱每天都能接到幾百封簡歷的郵件，讀都讀不過來。”

　　職場專家支招網絡求職

　　目前，網上求職已成為現在社會的一個主要求職途徑。為了能夠幫助求職者在網上快速求職，專家給出了一些建議：

　　簡歷要簡單明了由于缺少了面談環(huán)節(jié)，所以電子簡歷的制作就必須要有針對性，根據應聘的職位來突出重點。另外，自己制作的簡歷最好能附上相片，更便于招聘單位了解情況。主要的聯(lián)系方式要寫清楚，但類似身份證號碼這些隱私就沒必要寫了。還有要注意的就是，最好不要通過附件形式發(fā)送電子簡歷，因為現在很多公司都擔心受到病毒的攻擊，他們收到以附件形式發(fā)送的郵件，很可能看都不看就刪掉，所以求職者最好通過直接發(fā)送的方式投簡歷。制作簡歷的時候要注意排好格式，并且在電子郵件的主題框中寫明“應聘職位”，企業(yè)收到信件不用打開便知應聘的職業(yè)，這樣方便負責人看到求職者的詳細情況。

　　對企業(yè)了解清楚當前網絡招聘中存在的陷阱主要表現為：夸飾招聘崗位名稱;以“高薪、急聘、大量求聘”等字眼超員招聘，吸引求職者的眼球，求職者因此遭受黑中介欺騙的事情也時有發(fā)生。因此，求職者接到面試通知后要設法了解面試單位的情況，不要隨便輕信對方而交納任何費用，一般正式的招聘單位都不會向求職者收取任何中介費用的，如果網上的用人單位收錢或要求應聘人員以其財物、證件作抵押，最好別去面試。
