部分應(yīng)屆生為找到一份滿意的工作而大打“感情牌”。“自白”的作者，大四學(xué)生小陳稱，寫這份“自白書”的目的首先是追求獨(dú)特，現(xiàn)在競爭如此激烈，如果不能一舉搶得用人單位的“眼球”，那么就很難保證應(yīng)聘的成功率。
據(jù)了解，目前不少應(yīng)屆生都在找工作之際大打“感情牌”，以便更好地推銷自己。
“此外，不少求職信看上去像塊小”磚頭“，粗粗一數(shù)，竟然有幾十張紙之多，而內(nèi)容之具體簡直像是一本應(yīng)聘者本人的”自傳“。而且不少”自傳“滿紙是”血淚家史“，或是”從小父母離異“，或是”弟弟輟學(xué)在家“，在打動(dòng)人心方面做足文章。

這類自薦信的淘汰率很高，以前是簡歷“注水”嚴(yán)重，如今一份原本應(yīng)該簡單明了的材料也如此濫情，實(shí)在讓他們懷疑大學(xué)生的個(gè)人誠信。
一些高校的就業(yè)指導(dǎo)專家認(rèn)為，薦信如果太過“煽情”，反而會(huì)降低求職“成交率”。求職信有一套操作規(guī)范，大學(xué)生完全可以不用“別出心裁”。自薦信，忌給自己戴高帽子，忌炫耀以往的經(jīng)歷，這樣易給人一種華而不實(shí)之感。
另外，專家還認(rèn)為，一些人在成長的過程中走過許多彎路，這是可以理解的。但是有些大學(xué)生卻把這些經(jīng)歷當(dāng)成資本，進(jìn)行“情感推銷”，企圖博得用人單位的同情就不足取了。其實(shí)，用人單位看了反而會(huì)覺得其很虛偽，有失誠信。大學(xué)生求職時(shí)應(yīng)該反映自己的真實(shí)狀況，盡量給企業(yè)一種誠實(shí)的感覺。
