要訣1 資料要簡(jiǎn)短貼題
謹(jǐn)記雇主每次接到大量求職信，一般會(huì)以「快睇」速度看求職信及履歷表，所以內(nèi)容要整齊、簡(jiǎn)短、貼題為原則。除非招聘廣告特別要求手寫(xiě)求職信，否則求職信必須以打字形式，才夠整齊。內(nèi)容必須要度身造，文檔123文檔頻道求職者要簡(jiǎn)單解釋個(gè)人的才能為何勝任該職位。頁(yè)數(shù)方面，求職信1頁(yè)便可。履歷表雖然是記錄求職者所有的資料如個(gè)人背景、學(xué)歷、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)等，但頁(yè)數(shù)亦要適可而止。年資不多求職者1、2頁(yè)便可，年資深厚者亦不可超過(guò)10頁(yè)，而年資愈多，部分學(xué)歷亦可以簡(jiǎn)略，如不用仔細(xì)明大學(xué)讀過(guò)甚么科目，同時(shí)最好 Point Form (要點(diǎn)形式)羅列。

要訣2 履歷表資料要連貫
這點(diǎn)主要針對(duì)寫(xiě)履歷表，內(nèi)容所提到的年份必須要有連貫性，列明每年的工作崗位，就算有些年份沒(méi)有工作做，亦要注明。如果有些年份會(huì)同時(shí)期讀書(shū)及工作亦要注明是兼讀形式，以免雇主對(duì)你過(guò)去工作有太多的懷疑，對(duì)你的申請(qǐng)缺乏興趣。
常犯錯(cuò)誤：有些人在工作數(shù)年后，會(huì)抽身全職進(jìn)修，之后一年未有工作做，但當(dāng)求職時(shí)，履歷表卻漏寫(xiě)了待業(yè)的資料。
